Spanish police arrested odd 'terrorists' in an odd case
Publication time: 6 August 2012, 17:23

The story of "Chechens" arrested in Spain is becoming more complicated.

According to Spanish media, local police reported that they have no evidence enough to put on trial 3 alleged "terrorists" arrested in Spain. Their trial may be entrusted to another country.

All the "evidence" against them comes from abroad. One of the arrested person, a Russian citizen, may be, according to investigators, an active member of Russian special military troops, the notorious bloody Spetsnaz (uno de los ciudadanos arrestados pudo formar parte de las fuerzas especiales rusas, los Spetsnaz).

According to a foreign intelligence service, the man was allegedly seen "in Dagestan and Waziristan" between 2008 and 2011

Only one of the arrested "Chechen terrorists" is a Russian citizen. The other is a citizen of another post-Soviet country.

The "Chechen terrorist" Ahmad Anwar (or Awar - KC) has real, not faked, passport on his name. Nevertheless, his identity as a man with a false name was "discovered" on fingerprints at a request by the Spanish police by "a Caucasian secret service (un servicio secreto caucasico)".

It is to be noted that it is clear the Russian KGB (FSB) was not meant, and nobody would describe the thugs of the Russian puppet Kadyrov as a "Caucasian secret service".

As it turns out, the connection with Al-Qaeda has been never established. One of the "suspected terrorists" was allegedly trained in the camps of Lashkar e Tayiba, an independent group which has nothing in common with al-Qaida.

100 grams of "explosives", which, as it turned out, was a simple classic gun powder, found with arrested Turkish civil engineer, is clearly not enough to "blow up a bus", as the Spanish interior minister claims. Information about about 150 grams of TNT reportedly found with the "Chechens" has never mentioned anymore and seems to be a typical police lie for the reportes.

The main mainstream Spanish newspaper El Pais which published the story with the above-mentioned facts defines the arrested persons not as "Chechens" but as Eurasians , and writes in the subtitle of the article "These are two Eurasians, and a Turk (Son dos euroasiáticos y un turco)".
