http://www.ocregister.com/articles/chil ... -isis.htmlTeam System Dz, which is also apparently anti-Israel, has possibly hacked hundreds of websites since July, when tensions ignited between Israel and militants in Gaza, according to Zone-H, a website created in 2002 to track websites that have been defaced.
The Canadian Broadcast Corporation reported in October that the University of New Brunswick Student Union had been hacked by Team System Dz. The apparent hacker organization, which did not respond to multiple email requests by the Register to comment, did email a comment to the CBC at the time, the network said, saying the targeted groups are part of “the coalition against the Islamic State.”
The group does have its own Twitter account, though its last post was in October. Many of the tweets link to videos on a now-defunct Facebook page or say, “I love ISIS.”
Facebook removed the page for violating community standards, spokesman Andrew Souvall said.
Team System Dz is just one of dozens of groups that have hacked websites around the world in support of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, also known as ISIS or ISIL. ISIS is a large and well-funded militant organization trying to create a regional Islamic goverment across Iraq and Syria.
